DESCRIPTION:Join the Penn Vegan Society\, the Urban Nutrition Initiative\, the Student Sustainability Association at Penn\, and Penn Appetit for “Fighting Food Waste with Dessert” on Monday\, October 17th at 6 pm in the Starbucks level of 1920 Commons. Learn about how to fight food waste by using aquafaba and other plant products to create incredible vegan desserts. The event will feature a vegan dessert tasting and cooking demo from Bon Appetit at Penn’s chefs. All are encouraged to attend regardless of diet. \nRSVP here!
